The number of Persians visiting Mehrabad =آمار زایران ایرانی در مهرآباد

سلام بر عاشقان خدا = عشق/ قول داده بودم آمار ایرانیان را از آقای “بوس” بگیرم و منتشر کنم در اینجا/ براساس آمار ایشان، از هفدهم سپتامبر 2005 تا امروز بیش از 66 نفر زایر ایرانی از اینجا بازدید کرده اند که 55 نفر از آن ها برای نخستین بار بوده که به اینجا می آمده اند. جالب است که در 25 سال گذشته، بجز اعضای خانواده هایی که عضوی از آن ها در مدرسه ی عشق باباPrem Ashram School در مهرآباد تحصیل می کرده اند، هیچ ایرانی دیگری به مهرآباد نیامده بود.
و می گویند که روزی کسی از مهربابا پرسیده بود (البته با طعنه و ایراد!) که “چرا با وجودی که شما ایرانی هستید، کسی از ایران برای دیدار شما نمی آید به اینجا؟” و بابا در پاسخ فرموده بود که “… وقتی ایرانی ها بیایند مانند موج خواهند آمد…” (نقل به مضمون از قول آقای پیتر بوث!!
” گویا موجی آغاز شده است….
خیر است و برکت برای ایران و ایرانی ها…. زنده باد بابا

i had promised to publish the number of Iranian pilgrims visiting here. According to Brother Peter Booth, more than 66 Persians have visited here since Sept. 2005 and there has not been any pilgrims from Iran, for the last 25 years, EXCEPT the family members of the Prem Ashram Shcool boys…. it is said that once somebody asked Baba sarcastically that ‘….you are Irani, why nobody from Iran comes here to see you?” and Baba said ‘… when they come, they come as a WAVE...’ (not exact words!)…
so it seems that the’ WAVE’ is already starting to ‘roll’….

A trip to Pune, Baba’s home town = سفری به پونا، زادگاه مهربابا

سلام بر عاشقان /

با پوزش از اینکه مرتب در اینجا نمی نویسم/ کارهای روزانه گاهی چنان است که فرصتش دست نمی دهد. رفتن برق برای هشت ساعت در روز و پایین بودن ولتاژ هم جزو دلایل است. فردا برای چند امر مهم و خیر( دیدار” یار فانی” __ ترجمه ی لقبی که یکی از دوستان به ایشان داده است ___ تعمیر دوربین عکاسی، خرید و مراجعه به دندانپزشک و چشم پزشک) عازم پونا هستم/ جالب است که بیش از چهار سال در پونا زندگی کرده ام و فقط در همین اواخر بود که فرصت آشنایی با مهربابا و مرکز او در پونا دست داد. می گویند زمانی که پونا یک شهر کوچک ماهیگیری بوده، احمدنگر پایتخت ایالت ماهاراشترا بوده است. بازهم شکر که در پونا نماندم و زندگی در این روستای کوچک را بسیار قدر می دانم بخصوص که برکت بابا خط دی اس ال هم برقرار است و ارتباطات قلبی و بی سیم به تمام نقاط دنیا برقرار. نمی دانم چند روز در پونا خواهم ماند ولی می دانم که خیلی زود، هوای پاک و سکوت این تپه ی بلند تر از اورست مرا بازخواهد طلبید! فقط امیدوارم بتوانم در بازگشت از پونا با یکی از دوستان هندی که با ام تی (موبل تایپ) آشنا است به اینجا بیایم تا مشکلات فنی این وبلاگ را برطرف کنیم و شکل و ساختاری جدید و بهتر به این بلاگ بدهیم. زنده باد مهربابا…. از زندگی = عمر خود لذت ببریم و نگران نباشیم که خدا با ما است. حق است/ عشق است…………

Excuse me please for not updating this blog regularly. Sometime daily activities are such that there is no proper time left to write anything! Regular daily power-cuts and low voltage is another cause. Will go to Pune tomorrow for some important good things (i.e. seeing my ‘mortal beloved’ __ as a friend calls her!__ visit my dentist and optician, shopping and repairing the digital camera,…) It is interesting that only after four years of living in Pune, I came to know Baba first hand by coming to Mehrabad, and visited His center in Pune. They say when Pune was a small fishing town, Ahmednagar was the capital of Maharashtra state. Many thanks to God = Existence that I did not become a ‘fossil’ in Pune and am enjoying this small village, Arangaon. Especially, Baba’s blessing, with this DSL line, all kinds of heart-to heart AND telecommunication is possible here in this small Indian village. Do not know how many days I will stay in Pune, but I already know that I will ‘miss’ the clean air and the silence of this place, and of course the TOMB here on this HILL, which is ‘higher’ than the Everest! Just hope I can come back with an Indian friend who knows MT (Movable Type) to fix the technical issues of this blog and give it a better structure and look. How time passes on this HILL= روی این تپه زمان چگونه می گذرد

سلام بر عشاق/ راستش خودم هم نمیدونم چطوری زمان در اینجا میگذره! مثل برق؟ یا مثل باد یا نسیم یا طوفان؟ هرچی هست نمی فهمم چطوری صبح زود تبدیل به نیمه شب میشه و چطوری هفته ها و ماه ها می گذرد/ خوبی این مکان در این است که اینقدر کار برای انجام دادن هست که انسان هرگز وقت اضافی نمیاره/ بیشتر اوقات در خانه هستم و تقریباٌ هر روز به زایرسرا سر میزنم برای آوردن آب و یا خوردن صبحانه و دیدن فیلم و غیره. تعداد ایرانیانی که برای نخستین بار به اینجا میایند مرتب در حال افزایش است/ آقای بوس آمار دقیق را دارد که بزودی منتشر خواهم کرد. هنوز کار اصلی خودم را بطور مرتب شروع نکرده ام/ مشغول جاافتادن هستم هنوز!اینقدر تعریف کردنی هست که نمیدانم از کجا شروع کنم و وقت برای نوشتن کم میارم/ شاید بزودی تنظیم شوم تا بتوانم مرتب بنویسم در اینجا/ هنوز مشکلات فنی برای آماده کردن این وبلاگ بجای خود هست و نتوانستم کسی را پیدا کنم که بتونه کمک کنه/ بموقعش یافت خواهد شد! در اینجا قانون سه شنبه ها را دوباره می آورم و باقی را میگذارم برای بعد. راستی حدود دو ماه دیگر اینجا اینقدر شلوغ خواهد شد که باورش سخت است/ از الان مشغول کار هستند برای جادادن جمعیتی بزرگ که برای سالگشت ترک بدن مهربابا به اینجا می آیند.. 31 ژانویه (1969) / لطفاٌ فارسی ویرایش نشده ی بنده را هم ببخشید/ وقت برای ویرایش ندارم! شاد باشیم و نگران نباشیم که خداوند = عشق و عشق = ما همگی…. یادم باشه در مورد کتاب هوش بی نهایتInfinite Intelligence برایتان بنویسم!

….. i really do not know how time is passing here, on this wonderful Hill…. like thunder? or like a breeze? all i know is that i can’t see how the early morning becomes late night and how weeks and months pass! first time i have such experience. So much is going on here that one can never get bored. spend most of the day at home and go almost every day to PC to fetch drinking water, or have my own special breakfasts, or see some movies and talk to freinds. More Iranians are coming for the first time./ Mr. ‘Kiss’ has the statistics and i will publish them soon. Still have not started my main work, expand this blog and do more translations of Baba’s words. Some practical stuff prevented this and will soon start again. Technical challenges are still there to meet and resolve somehow. Any one knows MT = Movable Type?! (and has enough time and interest to help me with it?)…. anyway, i put the Law of today and leave the rest for later…… in about 2 months, this place is going to be a real crowded place, as i have heard so. Thousands of people from ALL over India and the world will come to celebrate Amarthiti = 31st January, (1969), when Baba left His body to freely help individuals, in their “INVOLUTION”!!

So i paste the Law of the day and will leave the rest fr later, since it is about 1 am and i better get some rest! love you all………… yours in The Family of man

Tuesday: Law of Karma

Today, in each moment, I will witness the choices I make.

And in the mere witnessing of these choices,
I will bring them to my conscious awareness.

The best way to prepare for any moment in future,
is to be fully conscious in the present.

Whenever I make a choice, I ask myself two questions:

“what are the consequences of this choice that I am making?” &

“Will this choice bring fulfilment and happiness to me

and also to those who are affected by this choice?”

I will ask my heart for any guidance and am guided

by its messages of comfort or discomfort.

If the choice feels comfortable, I will plunge ahead with abandon,

If the choice feels uncomfortable, I will pause and see

the consequences of my action with my inner vision.

This guidance will enable me to make spontaneously correct choices

این متن انگلیسی را بعدازظهر آقای بوس به من دادند که بخوانم. به خانه آوردم برای تایپ کردن و سهیم شدن آن با عزیزان. ترجمه آن به
زودی به فارسی تقدیم خواهد شدadmonition, revealing His perspective of scriptures and human thought:

“ The scriptures are like rotten bones rotted and are as for worms. Theosophy and philosophy are like good bones, and are as food for vultures. The writings of inspired poets are like fresh bones and are as good for dogs. The writings of spiritually advanced saints are like flesh and are as food for tigers. The writings by living Perfect Masters are like brain and are as food for men!

Good bones when rotted have a semblance of bones, but rotten bones when rotted are like filth, So, you may go through the scriptures superficially __ only to drive away the barking dogs when necessary; that is, when you are called upon to answer the questions of the priests and the orthodox.”

Happy trails… till we meet again….سفر خوش… تا دیداری دوباره

سلام/ امروز صبح در انتهای مراسم نیایش این آواز را همگی خواندیم ( سفر خوش… تا دیداری دیگر). سه نفر از اعضای خانواده اینجا را ترک می کنند و اشک های خوبی جاری بودند و احساس مهر و شفقت و محبت فراوان = چیزی که در اینجا به وفور یافت می شود. راستی این تپه داستانی خاص دارد که بخشی از آن نقل شده و بخشی نیز برای آینده است برای نقل شدن و هنوز اتفاق نیفتاده است. از جمله ساختمان جدید زایرین که در دست ساختمان است و این تابستان افتتاح می شود. نسل جدید ایرانی از این واقعه خبر ندارد و نمی داند که چه جای خاص و زیبایی برایشان فراهم شده است تا بیایند و با عشق بابا و زندگی او آشنا شوند و پس از سالیان سال رنج و غم و مصیبت مدتی هم با عشق و صفا و محبت و شادی با هم زندگی کنند . بقول دوستان : “چه شود؟”!! پس از چندین روز تنش و کشمکش و سختی و سفتی، دوباره قلبم در وقت نیایش امروز بسیار رقیق و نرم و روان بود. تشکر از خودش بخاط این محیط و عشاقی که دارد از سراسر دنیا. یکی از یکی با صفا تر و با حال تر!!

Peace: this morning was so wonderful, went earlier than ever and had a wonderful tearful arti…. yes, after some days of ‘roughness’ and ‘fighting’, the heart was again very soft and grateful for ALL baba’s wonderful gifts. Few members of they family are leaving this after noon, right after lunch. At breakfast, with Peter and Nima were talking about the next generations on Iranians who do not even know what Baba and his lovers have made for them. i mean the New Pilgrim Retreat.
Will soon take some photographs of the place and will post here for Iranians to know what is going on here on this Hill. This Hill has a wonderful story, some told and some yet to be told. Specially, for Iranians, as a collective consciousness, who have been repressed, depressed and suppressed for long long time, under dictatorial regimes, secular and non-secular, this place is of GREAT IMPORTANCE! Why? because living over 2500 years under ‘kings’, with crowns or turbans, makes the consciousness FEARFUL. And to dispel this fear, much love is needed, MUCH MUCH MMUUCCHH……..love!! (will soon introduce a book with the same title, Much Love, About Meher Baba) Yes, it is the experience of ALL the pilgrims, that this is the safest and most secure and loving place on this small globe. If you have ANY doubt, you may come and verify it for yourself. All those who have been here can confirm this ‘claim’ and it can only be ‘proved’ by personal experience. Enjoy your Friday

این تپه ومنطقه ی مهرآباد تنها مکانی است در روی این کره ی خاک که پاک ترین امواج عاطفی انسانی (ه مهر و شقفت ) در آن به وفور یافت می شود. صحت این ادعا و یا واقعیت را فقط می توان با تجربه ی فردی دریافت و یا از طریق اعتماد به سخن معتمدین. بزودی با دوربین جدیدی که بابا در اختیار گذاشته است عکس هایی از منطقه ی مهرآباد و مکان های دیدنی و بودنی آن برایتان در اینجا خواهم آورد. اگر نسل جدید و حتی قدیم ایرانی که همگی نیازمند شدید امواج عاشقانه و محبت آمیز هستند، بدانند که اینجا چه جور جایی است، برای آمدن به اینجا لحظه ای هم درنگ نخواهند کرد__ البته اگر توفیق و امکان فیزیکی را داشته باشند. خیلی ها برای تمدد اعصاب و دریافت آرامش به جزایر هاوایی یا دورتر و نزدیک تر می روند ولی اگر بدانند که امواج مهرآباد چگونه کیفیتی دارد لحظه ای هم در تعویض تصمیم تردید نخواهند کرد. تجربه می تواند این را اثبات کند و بس. جمعه ی خوب یداشته باشیم… تا به زودی….

Friday :Law of Renunciation

Today, I commit myself to detachment.

I will allow myself, and those around me the freedom to be as they are.

I will not rigidly impose my idea of “ How Things Should Be.”

I will not force solutions on problems,

Thereby creating new problems.

I will participate in everything with detached involvement.

Today, I will bring in “Uncertainty” as an essential ingredient of my experience.

In my willingness to accept Uncertainly, solutions will spontaneously emerge,

out of the problem, out of the confusion, disorder, and chaos.

The more uncertain things seem to be, the more secure I will feel,

because Uncertainty is my Path to Freedom.

Through the Wisdom of Uncertainty, I will find my Security.

Today, I will step into The Field of All Possibilities and Anticipate

the excitement that can occur, when I remain open to The Infinity of Choices.

When I step into The Field of All Possibilities,

I will experience all the Fun, Adventure, Magic, and Mystery of Life.

Thursday: Law of Intention

I will make a list of my Intentions and Desires.

I carry the list wherever I go.

I will look at it before going to my silence and meditation.

Every night, before I go to sleep, I look at it.

When I wake up from the sleep, I look at it again.

I will release this “List of Desires”
and surrender it to the Womb of Creation,

trusting that when things do not seem to go my way,
there is a reason,

and that the cosmic plan has designs for me,

Today, I will remind myself to practice “Present Moment Awareness”

in all my actions.

Today, I will refuse to allow obstacles to consume and dissipate
